Im creating a dashboard using Platform Analytics, and using the data Source = Incident and a group by on Opened (which is a date field), the report standardizes the ageing buckets on the date, whereby we are seeing the count of incidents on the y axis and on the x axis, we have the aging buckets which are pre-set to "2 days, 2-4 weeks, 1-2Months, > 2 months'. It shows all 4 buckets, however, we want to show a different date ranges/bucket ranges. Eg. "1-7 days, 7-14 days, 15-30days, 31-60 days'
We have tried creating a bucket group , but im unable to see that in the bar graph report on my dashboard, ie.e there arent any settings/options to select a bucket group. Also, we tried using that bucket to create a breakdown source, but still we cant see where to link that breakdown source to the bar graph report on the dashboard. Also tried to create a separate report on PA, without doing it on the dashboard, but the settings/options arent showing anyway of linking this bucket group i created.
If anyone could assist, please .. We have been stuck for a while now.
