In Platform Analytics Australia, we would like to restrict how dashboards can be shared by general users.
In addition to sharing with specific users, we would like to have the following:
- Only users with one of the admin roles should be able to share dashboards with roles. (doesn't matter which - but duplicating the way viz_admin works for data visualizations)
- General users should still be able to share dashboards with approved groups
- However, we would like to prevent general users from sharing dashboards with an All IT Users group we have in the system
Our goal is to ensure that any content intended for everyone is reviewed and distributed through the SN support team to ensure we are not creating duplication. It also gives us the opportunity to improve a current offering to meet the need instead of adding to the list of dashboards.
