Platform Analytics Dashboard Widgets Not Visible to Certain Users Due to Access Restrictions

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue with a Platform Analytics dashboard where certain widgets are not visible to specific users, while other widgets on the same dashboard display correctly.

Affected widget types:
- Single Score
- Vertical Bar

What we have checked so far:

• Verified dashboard access and permissions.
• Compared roles between users who can view the widgets and users who cannot.
• Reviewed the underlying indicators and indicator sources.
• Confirmed that the users can access the dashboard itself.
• Attempted troubleshooting using Debug Security Rules; however, we have not been able to capture clear ACL denial logs that identify the exact access restriction causing the widgets not to render.
• Reviewed table-level access, but we are still investigating whether field-level ACLs, indicator source access, PA permissions, or breakdown source permissions could be contributing factors.

Questions:

1. What is the recommended approach to identify the exact ACL or access restriction that is preventing Platform Analytics widgets from rendering?
2. Are there any specific logs or debugging techniques recommended for Platform Analytics dashboards beyond Debug Security Rules?
3. Has anyone encountered a similar issue where dashboard access is available, but certain Single Score or Vertical Bar widgets remain restricted for some users?

Any guidance, troubleshooting steps, or best practices would be greatly appreciated.

Have you looked at the report_view ACL for the underlaying table where data is coming

Yes I verified that table as well(sc_req_item),and also I ran the access analyser for that table.and  report_view ACL passed for that user even I verified direct access as well,user able to see records and open them from that table.from same dashboard list view widget able to see even list view widget also using the same underlying table.not sure why issue with the other 2 widgets I.e single score and vertical bar widgets,I attached dashboard screen shot as well in my previous post.Thanks for checking,If you get any insights please do let me know.That would be more appreciated.
