platform analytics Data visualizations have been showing blank values for the past 2–3 weeks.
I verified that the indicators do have scores, and data has been successfully collected for the last three weeks. The visualization uses two data sources:
- One Formula Indicator
- One Automated Indicator
Both are line visuals.
Currently, all widgets appear blank when this combination (one automated + one formula indicator) is used, starting from about two weeks ago. Earlier, this setup worked fine.
However:
- When I add two automated indicators, the scores display correctly.
- When I add two formula indicators, the scores also display correctly.
- The issue occurs only when combining one automated and one formula indicator, which results in a blank widget.
Could you please help identify what might be causing this issue?
