Platform Analytics - Field is not available in the filter source

Good Morning All,
Ran across a baffling problem, I created a Platform Analytics dashboard and it has been doing great for helping condense and properly show the monthly allocation of our teams for capacity tracking. However, when I try to add a filter from that table it is not available to me, I want to filter by hours so that I can look at only those that show a negative value but I don't have the option to do so:
but I checked that table and I do see it listed as a field on that table:
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am stumped on how to deliver this for our team.

Well, if the type of the filter is not date and the field is of time date or time then it won't appear. Not sure if you have checked this type correlation
