I need a Dashboard like this.
I'm using automated indicator to collect data which based on Incident.SLA (1-3) and Catalog Task (4-5).
1.
Indicator source conditions:
SLA definition Type = SLA .and. Stage != Cancelled .and. State != Canceled .and. Opened on Today .or. Opened < 23-May-24 00:00:00 .and. Resolved is empty .or. Resolved > 23-May-24 23:59:59
Automated indicator settings:
2-3
Indicator source conditions:
Resolved on Today .and. Stage != Cancelled .and. SLA definition Type = SLA
