Problem management ATF

Hi Everyone,

I’m working on creating an ATF test for the following scenario and would appreciate any guidance or sample steps:

• Attempt to perform the Mark Duplicate and Cancel actions using a user who does not have the Problem Manager role, and verify that the actions are denied.
• Repeat the same actions using a user with the Problem Manager role.
• Validate that the Problem record transitions to the Closed state with the appropriate Close Code.
• Verify that the corresponding audit trail entries are created and captured correctly.

If anyone has implemented a similar ATF test or can suggest the best approach to automate this scenario, please let me know.

Hi @SuganyaV6003655 

This is something you can't do via ATF the reason is out of 2or 3 problem record which one is matching with your your prb system can't do there is need of human intervention. This step need human mind to decide so ATF can't work as expected here. You can hard core the duplicate prb in ATF that will be used every time.
