"Invalid Task ID" while opening a Visual Task Board

"Invalid Task ID" while opening a Visual Task Board for Scheduled Changes. I cannot open the board, and I ultimately have to recreate the board from scratch. I was able to access this board for the last 6 months.

Not sure it will help OP, but in case anyone else finds this thread based on the error message:

 

We just ran into this error while making recommended fixes in Instance Troubleshooter. We found this same behavior occurred if the user accessing the VTB does not have read access to vtb_task.*. We corrected this issue by confirming that all VTB ACLs are in place as they should be. For us, this meant reverting the ACLs to OOTB.
