Report around resolved incidents

I just went live with SNow mid may and am finally getting around to reporting I cannot find in the canned reports.   What I need is a report which will show me all closed incidents per day by analyst.   For the Current month.   I'm not very proficient at creating new reports and thought rather than continue beating my head against the wall I should ask for input.

Just filter by "Closed" --> "on" --> "Today" or "This Week" or "Last Week", etc.

Success! Now how do I publish to a dashboard?   I have assigned the roles.

At the top of the page you are editing the report you will see a row of buttons (Run Report - Export to PDF - Update - Save - Insert - Delete - Publish - Add To Homepage - Schedule)

You can click the "Add To Homepage" button and it will ask you to choose the drop zone on your homepage.

If you want to make it available to others, then in the first column you will see "Visible to:   Me - Everyone - Groups and Users". If you click "Groups and Users", it will open up 2 boxes were you can make it visible to individual groups and users, just add them.

If you are wondering how individual users can add it to their dashboard, they do it from their dashboard by clicking the plus sign in the upper left-hand corner, and adding it to the homepage

I'm an admin (be afraid) trying to add it to one of our main Dashboards.
