Report Display Empty

Hi,
User had created a filter on incident list view. When he try to export the excel, report shows empty.
Note: When I try to impersonate user and tried to click on download it is going to blank page

check does the user has valid roles related to PA ?
How to create/add report into Performance Analytics Dashboard?

Hi Abdul,
I'm looking for only reporting module not PA.
I also verified the roles and the user is having the basic ITIL role and some group roles

Hi Sumanth,
If it is a ITIL user then give him/her a report_scheduler role so that the user can schedule it where you can convert it into EXCEL.
Edit your report. Make sure it's a "list" report, otherwise change it and save. If it isn't a list-report you won't be able to attach the report as a excel-file, only PDF and picture-formats.
Click on the arrow next to save and choose schedule.
then just fill in the fields and save and you got mail when you want

Thanks for your reply..!
User is part of one specific group and she is working on the tickets related to her group for a client. He is taking list of incidents created to her group on last month (example).
I can do a scheduling as you said. But here my problem is why she cannot able to view the list which she downloaded as it is showing empty.
