Report Display Empty

Hi,

User had created a filter on incident list view. When he try to export the excel, report shows empty.

Note: When I try to impersonate user and tried to click on download it is going to blank page

Sumanth,

If she is unable to view the report list then she may not have a certain roles. If specific user doesn't have specific role then user cannot view it shows as empty, try by adding reporting roles to her and check by impersonating into her profile.

Or

check if user has filtered to view only favourite reports ? if yes please un-check by clicking on Star....

I have tested inn my personal instance its working fine.

Have you tested with admin user and other users as well?

Hi Nayan,

No favorites has been marked. I have tested with admin and it is working fine. I have given report admin role ad well as Abdul said. No luck

I'm not sure why it is not working.

Did you check with any other user who has similar role ? Might be any ACL stopping this user

As you said I suspect the ACL is stopping the report. Any idea on the default ACL name to do changes?
