Report looks different if placed in Dashboard (only with one user)

Hi friends

I do have a weird case with one user. If this user opens the report, it looks like this:

If the same report is placed in a dashboard, this user sees the report different

With other users that I've tried, it looked normal. I thought that this user has a special UI View, but I couldn't find a view. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this issue?

1. Could it be possible the User has made a copy of the original then changed the columns using Insert and Stay but retained the title?

2. There appear to be different columns on both reports..... Now if you as the admin check the configuration of the report on the dashboard you can confirm the columns ( I know that a user that doesnt have ACL access to certain columns can see reports but the columns will be missing on a dashboard) 

3. Go to the same precise link the user goes to in image 1 and see what you see..
