Report on Volume of Notifications Sent

Does anyone have a way to @report on the volume of @Notifications used in their instance? I need to identify the top 10 most frequently sent @Notifications for my client for a notification refresh effort.

you can check whether table sys_email_log contains everything you need

Sys Email log does not work because I am unable to see the actual notification name. Thank you for the recommendation though.
