Reporting on Field Changes for CMDB

Hi All,

We have a requirement to create report on all the field changes happening on cmdb_ci_services table. Report should display which field updated, when updated, by whom and what was the old value and what is the new value.

Is there any way to have this kind of report without considering sys_history_line or sys_audit table.
