Reporting on MRVs and RITMs in the same Report

We currently have a few catalog items in Employee Center that utilize a multi-row variable set.
We are basically looking for a report, that in several columns, shows the different MVRS variables, and will also show the RITM # they came from, as well as who submitted the request.

I have not been able to do this fully. I can run a report on the Database View I created and get the rows of answers, but not ideal, and I can only get the RITM#, nothing else from it.
