Hi All,
I am being asked to simplify our reporting for Incident SLAs. As I'm sure many of you know, the key field is "Made SLA" and our focus is on the % time that field is set to TRUE (e.g. the SLA was met/passed)
I have set up a pie chart and a half donut (see below) showing Incident SLA achievement, grouped by the ‘Made SLA’ field but am getting feedback from executives that is is unclear/un-intuitive.
Examples of limitations we are running into in trying to make this as consumable as possible:
- Cannot create a single score chart or a trend chart using the percentage of SLA met instead of the total number of tickets where sla met = true, even though the report knows what that percentage is (Those reports are the ideal state)
- Cannot show the % number as the ‘primary’ number on the callouts of a pie chart
- Cannot increase the font sizes of the footer at the bottom of the chart that shows the percentages
- Cannot remove the decimal places (round up) from the percentages
Anyone have any ideas for any of this? Right now, I'm having to use Excel, which sucks for all the reasons we already know and that Dan Grady has all told us about a million times...
I'm assuming PA doesn't solve this, as it doesn't add new chart types or options, but I'm already beating the PA drum, so if that solves this, let me know

You are right. PA is the solution to that.
You can create for example two indicators:
1. Number of Made SLA
2. Number of all tickets.
Then you create third Formula Indicator where you calculate % and display it as score widget.
3. Number of Made SLA / Number of all tickets * 100

Hello,
I'm looking to do the same thing but not sure how should I configure/setup those indicators and sources.
Any tips?
