Reporting : Related list data

Hi Team , 

The ask is to display total count of those existing two fields from the related list tabs from the change request.

Need a guidance , how do i implement

Those related lists show two different tables, so you can't simply report on the combined number.
The only way to achieve this is through a scripted data source where you count the records from both tables.
