Requested item by stage value report

We are looking for a way to display the RITM stage information in a custom report showing the information of each stage separately that allows us to condition according to the value of each stage.

Example:

We need to identify how many completed RITMs went through the level 1 approval stage, how many went through the level 2 approval stage, and so on.

Hi @lgarrido,

I found a couple of out-of-the-box reports for Open Request Items by Stages.

You could have a look at them if you haven't already. If you wish to use a different filter than what you see here, you may duplicate one of these reports (using Insert and Stay). Then, you can make necessary modifications where you might take into consideration the stages you have shared in your screenshot.

Thanks for your help, we need to condition the stages of the Request Items already closed, that is, about the history that the process went through, do you know if there is a way to get it in a custom report?

If you are looking to present data collected over a period of time (like the last 30 days or so), it would be a good idea to look at Performance Analytics for a solution. I will look deeper into it and update this thread if I can come up with an answer.

Thanks for your help, I found the way to get the report, this by means of the table "sysapproval_approver" which contains the associated RITM number and allows us to visualize the stage or approval phases.
