Hello,
We have a dashboard that was created in the Next Experience UI, which was mistakenly reverted to Core UI (i.e., user selected 'Switch to the Core UI' option).
From what I've seen by playing around in our DEV environment, the dashboard should now be visible in the Core UI and there should be a button on the dashboard to 'Switch to the Next Experience UI'. However, I simply can't find the dashboard in the Prod instance anymore, neither as a Core UI or PAe dashboard. In DEV, it's always visible either on the pa_dashboards.list or par_dashboard.list table (depending on what I've switched it to). In Prod, it seems like it's been deleted but I know that it was definitely simply 'Switched to Core UI'. Am I not looking in the right places?
As a workaround, I wanted to move a copy of it from our UAT or DEV environment into Prod. However, this too is proving confounding! I've read some posts, and the following support doc, 'Move a Platform Analytics dashboard with an update set'. But I don't have the 'Unload Dashboard option available via the Additional actions icon'. I've moved several standard dashboards between instances in the past without much fuss, not sure why it's no longer as easy to do in Zurich release. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Hi @shashanksha ,
Yes, I got there in the end.
What happened to the dashboard in my Prod instance, I still don't know. So, I moved the most recent version of it from a lower instance back into Prod.
From the PAe dashboard, went into 'More actions' menu, selected 'Open record' and then via the 'Additional actions' (hamburger) menu found the 'Unload Dashboard' option. Then moved it via an update set.
Hope this helps. Let me know if any further info required.
Regards,
Zoran

Thanks Atul,
We have an SN partner we work with; I'll reach out to them as well but might end up being a case in the end. Will advise how I go.

Zoran

Hi @Zoran_M
That’s a good idea. If you speak with the ServiceNow partner, it will be beneficial because they already have access to your instance and can check quickly—whereas ServiceNow support might take a little longer to respond. Start with the partner, and then open a case with ServiceNow if needed
