Rich Text in Platform Analytics - issue is no new typed text is showing in it

I want to add new text in Rich Text and  KBA with hyperlink in it.

 

Issue - In the Platform Analytics dashboard, a new Rich Text widget was added. When editing the widget using the Edit HTML option and adding text, the changes are saved/applied, but the newly added text does not appear in the widget after saving the dashboard.


Steps to reproduce:
Navigate to Platform Analytics > Dashboards.
Open an existing dashboard or create a new Platform Analytics dashboard.
Click Edit to modify the dashboard.
Add a Rich Text widget to the dashboard.
Open the Rich Text widget configuration.
Click Edit HTML.
Add or modify text in the HTML editor.
Click Apply to save the HTML changes.
Exit the widget configuration.
Click Save on the dashboard.
Refresh the dashboard or reopen it.

Expected Result
The newly added or modified text should be displayed in the Rich Text widget on the Platform Analytics dashboard.

Actual Result
The Rich Text widget does not display the newly added or modified text after saving the dashboard.
