Experts,
I wanted to add a new tab in an existing dashboard in ServiceNow and wanted to showcase Problem records in that to track the progress of Problem and Ptasks execution month wise.
Kindly suggest the steps.
Thanks,
Sam

HI Misgana,
It is not an OOB dashboard but a customized one where I wanted to add the problem records for tracking purpose.

If that's the case, skip the first step from my previous response and proceed with steps 2 through 4.
if my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as an accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Kind regards

Hi @sam352120
Here’s a polished rephrased version:
If you want to add a new tab to the out-of-the-box Problem Management dashboard, you’ll first need to create a duplicate of it. The original dashboard cannot be edited directly. Once duplicated and renamed, open the new dashboard and click Edit to start making your changes.
Please appreciate the efforts of community contributors by marking the appropriate response as the correct answer and helpful. This may help other community users to follow the correct solution in the future.
