Share icon is not available in dashboard.

Hello All,

 I am trying to share dashboard of a user with their group members, but share button is not visible in our instance. Is there any setting we need to do for share icon to get visible.

• Only users with the admin, pa_admin, or pa_power_user role can share dashboards with other roles.

Can you provide more information if the limitation above doesn't apply to you due to you or the user that reported this issue having one of those roles?

I am admin , and there is no limitation. Actually all admins in our organisation cant see the share icon.

Hi,

Can you check the settings here (System Properties > Dashboard Properties) and see what you have set. Perhaps something here is set blocking this:

Basically...this behavior that you are saying is happening IS NOT out of box. So someone did something within your instance that has caused this. We can only merely suggest things to check or look over, but ultimately, someone changed something on your end.

If the roles are as you say...then you need to look over all settings for Dashboards as well as possibly look at ACLs.

We have no acl's for dash boards, and dashboards properties have  no constraints.
