Hello,
I have been trying to make an SLA report within Platform Analytics where I can see the amount of breached and non breached tickets displayed within a time series line graph.
I have managed to create the report but I can't seem to find a way for it to display the percentage of breach and non breached. It seems to only be possible to have a count.
I know it was possible to have a percentage display within normal reporting on service now but can't seem to find a way to display it within a platform analytics dashboard. Please see below a normal reporting widget that I put together:
Is there anyway to do this within platform analytics?

Hi @seanmcleary ,
To show percentage in a time series graph you need to do some calculation, hence performance analytics is needed. Do you have performance analytics enabled on your instance?

Hello!
Thank you for replying. So the first screenshot you see is within a platform analytics dashboard. But I can only seem to figure out how to display a count and not a percentage calculation as you say. How would I go about doing this?

Hi @seanmcleary ,
I do understand that it's configured through platform analytics - but do you have performance analytics applied to your instance?

I do have it applied yes.
Apologies as I didn't mean to reply twice. My first response wasn't showing up
