I think you missed adding a comment in the incident. Please try modifying the incident, or delete it and recreate it. Kindly be careful and make sure you don’t miss any steps—follow the process step by step.

I think you are currently doing the Welcome to ServiceNow micro-certification.

If it is during creating an incident, I remember some people saying that it helped them to create the incident first > save it > wait a second or two and THEN add the comment, not doing it all in one step... 

Eventually you can try to re-create it again.

Also, very common reason why validation wasn't successful is that it wasn't done by a proper user (impersonated Platform User x Eric Schroeder x Adela Cervantes x any other name), ensure you are using the correct persona.

PS: if it is just this minor step, you can skip it (unless it's a prerequisite in future steps) and complete the course at 80 %. No need to spend too much time debugging why adding a comment failed... 😛
