Hello,
How can I implement Making report for Total Expenses Cost Center wise, drilldown to-> Sub Cost center Total Expenses , drilldown to-> Expense Type wise Total Expenses. In such case sum of Total Expense Amount must remain on Y-axis whereas only X-axis must change i.e. Cost centre, sub cost centre, Expense Type
Please share steps for the same

I also tried the same thing but the issue I am facing is that we can't sum on the same column as done in the previous level report

Have you tried with these steps by using
When configuring a report:
- Go to the "Configure" section of your report.
- In the "Field" column, select the field you want to apply a function to (e.g., Amount).
- In the "Function" column, choose from available options like:
- SUM
- AVG
- COUNT
- MIN
- MAX
- GROUP_CONCAT
- Custom Script (if scripting is enabled)
Use Case for Your Scenario
If you're trying to aggregate Amount again in a drilldown, you can:
- Use the Function field to apply SUM(Amount) again in the drilldown report.
- If ServiceNow blocks this due to reuse, try creating a new report column using a function or script field that duplicates the value of Amount, and then aggregate that.

I am able to create a Report but I am unable to add that report to the dashboard. It throws me an error with alert message that our demo instance has no Writable dashboards. Is it because Dashboard is part of Data Visualization and reports comes under Platform Analytics?
