Hi,
Around two weeks ago, we updated our ServiceNow client instances from Zurich to Australia. We are experiencing an issue where we are unable to access a specific dashboard in our client instance. As per our observation, this issue is occurring only to a specific user, who is also the dashboard owner. Here are the approaches attempted so far:
1) Cleared browser cache and restarted the browser
2) Rebooted the system
3) Typed 'cache.do' in filter navigator
4) We have tried opening this ourselves and by impersonating other users, and the dashboard loads smoothly. However, when we impersonate the dashboard owner, the page freezes and we get a "Page unresponsive" popup.
3) We've tried to check by cancelling any transactions, but the issues persist.
Please guide us on the root cause and other solutions we can implement to get this resolved.
Thank you

Hi
Since this is one person and you didn't already mention this, can I check that you've done a sneaky out of hours debug security while impersonating the user to check there's no ACL in the way. (I realize this should return 0 records but the dashboard may have a problem with it).
Also did you try looking at each visualization as the individual to see which one is failing?
let us know
