User Analytics Dashboard, shows no users active on the portal since 28 Nov

Hi everyone,
I’ve noticed that while the numbers in User Experience Analytics Dashboard My service portal application updating correctly(Session & Users Data ), the graph itself is not reflecting these changes. The values are definitely being updated, but the visualization in Graph seems not reflecting for both Sessions and Users since 28th November.
Before 28 Nov its showing graph visualization correctly.
Has anyone else faced this issue? I’ve already tried refreshing the page , but the graph still isn’t updating. Please find the screen shot attached.
Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

If you just look at the data visualization itself, does it show the data? Or are you just looking at the table(s) the data needs to come from?
As mentioned in another question you had about this dashboard: I don't have it on my instance, so either it is custom or is coming from a plugin I don't have installed. I don't know the data behind it or how it is collected. If it is collected through KPIs, can you check on errors on the jobs? Maybe the data is in your system, but the job(s) collecting it can't handle the amount?
