We are in Zurich release, and want to utilize user country as a policy detection instead of IP Address.
Want to configure User Country as an advanced filter, so that I can view portal activity based on the employee’s country (not the IP address).
Under User Experience Analytics Detection Policy Providers, I can select User Country, but I’m not sure how to confirm the country is derived from the user profile rather than the IP address.
Also, when creating the user property configuration, I don’t see an option to select country code to create a new advanced filter , though ServiceNow says choice field are configurable in User property configuration.
Any guidance or pointers would be appreciated.
