Using 'Contains' Filter that contains special characters like '&'

A user was filtering by two customer names. Some are normal names and some contain &. When they applied the filter it worked find and spit out 99 records. But when they tried to sort it would kick out all the records that contained the customer with & in their name.

Through testing it seems to only do this when we have & inside the Field>Contains>Name&such.

I am not sure if anyone has seen this before or has a work around to where we can get by with this but I am just throwing this out there just in case someone is having the same issue and they don't know why.

We may have to compare details. I don't think I can reproduce this.

I have talked with hi and they said this is an issue that they escalated to a problem - PRB1031089.

After you did that filter did you change your sort. Like sort a-z on number or open?

It is fine when you first run it but when you sort it kicks out the contains this & that.

In which version of SNOW you had faced above issue? We are facing it into Istanbul with current patch=11. 

Did you got any workaround to resolve this issue or got anything helpful from SNOW support team?
