Visualization chart data table shows a blank space when there is too much data

In Platform Analytics, when I enable the option show data table for the chart it can create a blank space next to the chart when the data is too much. Is this behavior normal and can I update the chart size to the fixed sizes ?

Hi @sieusaopolo15

I think the issue is the large volume of data. Try reducing the dataset by applying some filters or conditions, and limit it to a smaller range—say the last 3–6 months—and then test again.

Hi @sieusaopolo15

You cannot force fixed sizing for a single chart widget on a dashboard in ServiceNow, nor can you make the system place the data table directly next to the chart.

I believe this would go back to the time limit for queries running in user session, if it takes too long it gets cancelled.
I do lead the reporting in my organization and we always  encourage users to have more refined and to the point queries , especially if the visualization is on a dashboard.

You should check the query and result set here, can it be refined or improved?
