What roles are needed for Report and Performance Analytic Administration?

We are currently on Jakarta.   We are not system administrators. 

As Reporting and Performance Analytics Administrators, we have the following roles: 

  • pa_power_user
  • itil
  • report_scheduler
  • hp_publisher_admin
  • filter_group
  • report_global
  • report_group
  • pa_admin
  • report_Admin

However, we are still getting security restraints when 

  1. Attempting to view non-shared dashboards
  2. Create/Run reports against any of the Metrics tables. 

Does anyone know what roles control #1 and #2?   Are their any other roles that we need in order to perform our administrator roles efficiently and successfully?

1) You need admin.  Since dashboards are not restricted to PA data and all users can create them they are no longer all manageable by pa_admin.  I normally recommend that you create a role and ACL to manage dashboards or add an ACL and give this to report_admin and/or pa_admin.
