Hi Guys!
I was wondering if anybody has been involved in a Cherwell ITSM - ServiceNow migration and could be interested in helping us out.
We are looking for use cases on this topic and some useful advice and feedback.
It's really important for us to understand any potential blockers and most importantly the benefits and competitive advantage of ServiceNow from a client perspective.

I would start with your sales executive for potential customer references. My advice would be to embrace a fresh start by having your current state and desired future state outcomes identified.
