We have a requirement to fetch the cname and domain name details of our platform instances. How to get those details from admin view? Is it available in HI Portal ? We tried using https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx but it returns DNS Record not Found error.

Without knowing what you are putting into the mxtoolbox it is hard to say.  Put the entire name into where it says domain name.  So instead of  company.com   put the full servicenow name like servicenow.company.com
