In this two-day instructor-led course, you will work through a realistic, progressive implementation scenario as Alex Russell, a Platform Owner leading a Phase 2 implementation at HeartHaven Zoo and Safari Park. (Yes, it is as fun as it sounds. No, that does not mean it is easy.)

Across nine modules, you will navigate Executive Board alignment, Demand Board and Technical Governance Board approvals, a mid-implementation data crisis, stakeholder communication strategies, quality gates, and final roadmap decisions. The course closes with a Platform Owner Toolkit you can apply directly to your own organization.
