Hello I need to pull the report for the Incidents Auto resolved which were in state of Awaiting Verification

Pls note, that an incident is not auto resolved, it is auto closed, (ootb)if user is not re-opening the ticket or accept the ticket re-solution.

Your requirement is wrong. 

 

You can create report where incident moved from Resolved but it is not sure these incident moved by system or agent. 

 

Bcz the auto resolve you are saying is not exits, infact it is auto closed not auto resolved. 

 

Or do we have any customization in your instance to move incident from Awaiting verf to resolved.
