We’re currently evaluating bringing in a ServiceNow ecosystem expert to help us accelerate from Registered → Specialist → Premier and ensure we build a sales pipeline.

The objective is not just certifications, but building a structured partner elevation roadmap covering PLA achievement, vertical productization, partner marketing/MDF activation, co-sell alignment, and potential expansion into reseller/build/service provider models.

Hi,

I have worked in this eco system a long time, and you're going to struggle with any partner helping basically a competitor to become stronger.

 

Your best bet is to ask for consultancy by one of the big guys (KPMG, Accenture, DXC, Devoteam).

They will have the knowledge required and not feeling threatened.

It will cost, but could fast track you to success.
