Name correction on CIS

Hi Community,

I need a help with for the correction of my name on CIS  which I done yesterday. Where to reach somebody to get this done ?

Hi @Navt 

Once it's done name can't be change as during exam registration it asks the name. So next time when you appear for exam please update name, you can log a now learning case see if team can guide you

As per my knowledge , it can NOT be changed by a user itself .

Log a case with Now learning support in ServiceNow University  with Identity proof , if they can support you.
