Platform Owner Exam

Hi all,

It has been asked already several times, but still quite eager if there are any new insights from the platform owner associate exam.

Also with regard to practice exams. I saw that ServiceNow refers to MeasureUp - https://www.measureup.com/servicenow-cpoa-practice-test.html.  But it costs almost 60 EUR with the current discount.

I want to be properly prepared. I have gone already through all the learnings and am trying to find a way to pass the exam in one go.

Hi Jaap,

Since you’ve already completed the learning, I’d focus on the exam blueprint + scenario-based practice rather than going through the learning again from scratch.

A few resources that may help:

ServiceNow CPOA Exam Blueprint – use this as your main checklist and make sure you’re comfortable with each domain. ServiceNow has specifically pointed candidates to the blueprint for exam preparation.

Udemy – CPOA Practice Questions – there are a few recently updated CPOA practice-test courses available. I’d use these mainly to identify gaps and get comfortable with scenario-based questions, rather than memorizing answers.

My suggestion would be: Blueprint >> revise weak areas >> practice questions >> review every incorrect answer >> then take the exam.

I would also avoid relying on exam dumps. For CPOA, understanding the “why” behind the platform-owner decision is much more useful than memorizing questions.

yes, the MeasureUp is the only official method to prepare. YOu can either enrol for the preparation or assessment to help you identify places for improvements.
