Platform Owner Exam

Hi all,

It has been asked already several times, but still quite eager if there are any new insights from the platform owner associate exam.

Also with regard to practice exams. I saw that ServiceNow refers to MeasureUp - https://www.measureup.com/servicenow-cpoa-practice-test.html.  But it costs almost 60 EUR with the current discount.

I want to be properly prepared. I have gone already through all the learnings and am trying to find a way to pass the exam in one go.

To be honest, this response did not help as obviously I have gone through all the materials and did read the exam blueprint multiple times.

Great news! I passed the exam, thank you all for the input. Given my experience 5 years of experience with ServiceNow 2 years as a product owner/platform owner.

The highlights I can mention as an addition to the exam blueprint:

- Technically, I would say some basics are needed to answer some questions;

- A lot of scenario based questions, which sometimes are also quite straight forward;

- Some questions also related to development techniques e.g. Kanban vs Agile vs Waterfall;

- Responsibilities related to the platform. E.g. given a scenario who is responsible to take the final decision;

- Citizen development also comes back, in what scenario is it suitable;

- OCM and PMO responsibilities;

- Now Support components;
