Locked out of PDI - MFA Authenticator app code required, no access to app

Hi Community,

I am locked out of my Personal Developer Instance (PDI) - dev563738.service-now.com

The login page is asking for an authenticator app code (MFA), but I no longer have
access to the authenticator app.

I tried:
- Logging in via /login.do
- Removing SSO from Okta

But still getting the MFA code prompt.

I cannot reset or wipe my instance, as I have important project work
and data on it that I cannot afford to lose.

Can anyone help me disable MFA or regain admin access to my PDI without
losing my instance data?

Thank you!

PDIs are unsupported.

Log in on the developer site and try to open it from their as the 'admin'. That runs without MfA (unless you updated your system to do use it). Other than that, we can't help.

Slightly off topic: if you use your PDI to do important project work, export/save it every time you log out. Now you don't have access because of MfA, but they can get unavailable without any warning and just disappear.

Thanks for the clarification. I have tried all possible options, but couldn’t regain access. I’ll proceed with a new PDI and ensure I don’t repeat the same mistake.
