ServiceNow "Start Learning" page keeps refreshing after login, how do I stop this?

I can't get to "Start Learning" because the page keeps refreshing after I log in. I've tried various cookie settings, inPrivate window, nothing helps. I'm using Edge and I also tried Chrome.

Hello Nayan, thank you for responding. I've tried 4 different browsers and lots of settings among them, but the only solution was to register again using a different email address. I suspect the rather convoluted auth process is failing and getting itself into an infinite loop (well, that part isn't a guess). Not a good look for ServiceNow, it's a fundamental issue.
