Users without roles should see /sp only

Is there a way users without roles can only see the service portal? They are redirected to /sp at login.
We have users going to their profile then selecting "view identity center" which lets them into the platform. I don't want to just block the identity center link we want to block access to everything that includes https://domain.service-now.com/now/..... for logged in users

Hi @Mary S,

Using the explicit roles plugin should address your issue. By assigning the snc_external role, the access should be limited to only public resources.
