  1. As of now, we can mine only 5000 records at maximum. If we try to access more than 5000, the process mining fails.

  1. Even though in the “Advanced view” section of the process mining edit section Project “Finding Definitions” and “Automated Finding Definitions” but in the workspace most of the time we see error message displayed in the “Improvement Opportunities” Section of Summary & Insights tab.

  1. Full mining is not possible because of restrictions in our sample process mining pack. For full mining, license is required.

Recommend that you go through some of the content in this guide to getting started with Process Mining post.   For the first message you are seeing I'd recommend you remove the "Caller" field from the Activity definition configuration.  Not sure what question you are trying to answer by including that in the project.   If we are going to use "Caller" we may want to configure the project to be a bit more targeted.  Based on the message it seems your organization is not yet entitled to Process Mining and that is why it is instructing you to use "Sample" mine option to try it out.  If you are entitled to Process Mining and you are getting that message please open a support case.   I see there are several duplicated in your Automated Findings list - could you please try to remove the duplicates and create a new project just importing one of each.  I believe that will help with message you are seeing on the Summary and Insights page.
