Issues with Request resolution email to requestor

We need some assistance with sorting out an event that should be triggering notifications to the requestor when an REQ/RITM is marked as resolved.
The notification should be triggered by the "Request.Resolved.Accept" event, but we aren't sure where that might be initiated from. Is this not a automated notification that sends email to requestor after request or task marked as resolved.

Do you want to knnow how this event triggers the notification or you want to configure a notification with this event name

 

How Notification triggers through event???::

 

1)Need to create a event in the event registry

2)Set when to send option as event is fired and select the event created above

3)Call this notification using gs.eventQueue() api (you can call this in any server side scripting logic like Business Rule, script include, script action, workflow, flow etc..)
