Mining failing for multi process involved

Model generation failed as there are no audit logs found for the activities defined in the "sc_request" table configuration.

 

How to solve this problem?

What did you choose as your Activity definition when you created your project?  Are there audit logs for that field?  For SC request a common Activity definition field would be State.    I would take a look at this use case series recording if you are trying to do some analysis on your requested items. https://www.servicenow.com/community/process-mining-blog/how-to-use-process-mining-to-identify-appro...

 

I have used state as the activity definition.

Sounds like there is no audit logs for that required.  I'd recommend creating and moving a few requests through the process from start to finish and trying to mine again.
