I'm attempting to Mine some of the provided ITSM content pack Projects without luck, they keep spinning on the "loading" screen. In the logs I see the following related errors like the following:
Process Optimization: Process Optimization: Validation failed for finding SLA missed issue: Incidents where SLA was not met
com.glide.process_optimization.exception.ClientException: Condition 'Incident: Made SLA is false' is based on field 'made_sla' which is not added as Activity definition

Process Optimization: Process Optimization: Validation failed for finding Misuse of On Hold state: Incidents moving to On Hold state two or more times
com.glide.process_optimization.exception.ClientException: Condition 'Incident: State is on hold' is based on field 'state' which is not added as Activity definition
I assume these are causing the loading issue. Any thoughts on how to resolve them? We have auditing enabled on the Incident table.
