How to set activity definition in Process Mining

Hi,
My issue is that I can't add activity definition of type 'Field Values (Default)' when I set project definition in Process Mining. I can't choose anything other than activity definition of type 'Field Values (Date/Time)'. like this pic. 

However, of course, I must add activity definition of type 'Field Values (Default)
If I don't, I can't generate a model.
This is Error Message when I can't generate a model because i don't add activity definition of type 'Field Values (Default).

Please tell me how to add activity definition of type 'Field Values (Default) and to make a new model.

What table are you trying to mine?  Does it have auditing turned on?

Thanks to you, I could turn on 'audit' for the table, and I could add activity definition of type 'Field Values (Default).
