Our instance is xanadu. We plan to not upgrade in 2025. But We knew if the version in N-2 , ServiceNow will not support. Could you please give us some advise for when it will be not support in next year?

Hi @JackieZhang,
what advice would you like to hear? You said yourself that you are aware of the fact of not having support, so if something will be broken - customisation or OOTB - you will get no support.
There's no advice to give you, either upgrade it and get support or you don't 😛

So you have an N-2 contract (just to make sure, since default it's N-1). If you can really skip 2 versions, you will have to upgrade to Australia and that release is scheduled for April (https://www.servicenow.com/community/upgrades-and-patching-articles/new-servicenow-release-cycle/ta-...).
I don't know your reasons not to upgrade, but looking to extend it as much as possible is never the best way to go. Skipping multiple versions only makes the upgrade process itself longer.
