Hello,
We are about to implement ServiceNow as a ticketing tool for our HR team (so any HR related question coming from employees and all sorts of HR forms).
What are you must do and must not do while implementing ?

@acorbeil That sounds like a great move! Implementing ServiceNow for HR will help streamline employee inquiries, automate HR case management, and improve response times. ServiceNow's HRSD application offers far more than what a typical ticketing tool offers.
While implementing the HRSD application please take care of the following.
1. Training:Educate your team about the features which HRSD applications offer. I have seen customers struggling in this area as they are unaware of the features these application offers and most of the time can't extract full potential of the platform.
2. Stick to OOTB: Do not customise the platform, stick to what OOTB ServiceNow offers. This will make your tech teams life easier during upgrades.
3.Workshops: Organise workshops to understand the expectations of your end users from the platform and educate them about what platform offers. Such workshops helps in avoiding any unrealistic expectations and increases user adoption
4. Try to take advantage of Virtual Agent and KB articles wherever possible to promote self-service and deflect unnecessary cases
