We are in the process of deploying a new enterprise platform that will initially focus on capturing and analysing image quality. This platform is designed to evolve into a comprehensive operational delivery and project management tool, supporting end-to-end service tracking and aligned with our Target Operating Model (TOM) and governance requirements.
We are requesting ServiceNow integration support to enable the following:
Platform Onboarding & Authentication
- Enable secure user access via SSO or existing identity management protocols.
- Define user roles and permissions aligned with TOM governance.
Workflow Integration
- Connect platform milestones and delivery stages with ServiceNow workflows.
- Automate ticket creation for quality issues or delivery blockers identified by the platform.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure audit trails and compliance checkpoints are captured within ServiceNow.
- Align platform data with existing TOM dashboards and reporting structures.
Data Exchange
- Enable bi-directional data flow between the platform and ServiceNow for:
- Image quality metrics
- Delivery progress updates
- Risk and issue logs
- Enable bi-directional data flow between the platform and ServiceNow for:
Notifications & Alerts
- Configure ServiceNow to receive alerts from the platform (e.g. failed quality checks, delivery delays).
- Route alerts to appropriate teams based on predefined rules.
